Terms of Service

Mainspring Social lets you plan, create, schedule, and publish content to social accounts you connect. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, and only in accordance with the terms and policies of any social platform you connect.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or the rules of a connected social platform.
• Post content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or deceptive.
• Send spam or engage in abusive automated behavior.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and transmit that content to the social accounts you direct us to publish to. You are solely responsible for your content and for having the rights to use and publish it.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Bluesky. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or actions of third-party platforms, and a platform may change or limit its access at any time.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any scheduled post will publish successfully, as delivery depends on third-party platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mainspring Software LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
